this place was an absolute disgrace. the room was outdated, poorly maintained, and when I asked for some sort of compensation or upgrade, they just shrugged. also, privacy? dont even get me started—the kitchen staff had a front-row seat to my chaos. i almost considered giving a good review, but simply couldn’t with all these issues piled up.

Misleading room layouts leave much to be desired!!! Several guests struggling with inconvenient access to amenities add to the frustration of the experience!!! Also, many rooms reported inadequate privacy which can really impact the stay!!!

we spent 2 nights at mill houses new elegant suites and had an amazing time. the views from our studio with caldera view were breathtaking. we were so well welcomed by kelly and her team, who ensured our stay was perfect. the private jacuzzi was a bonus, and the breakfast had plenty of options, including fresh fruits and cheese pies. it was just a short 10-minute walk to the cable car.

Amazing views from the honeymoon suite! Breakfast served outdoors with the caldera view adds to the experience. Plenty of stairs to navigate to get to the room. Recommend going on a walking tour to explore the area better.
